Traditionally known for their ranges of summer canvas shoes Italian Company Lelli Kelly have recently branched out in to making proper school shoes. A challenge for Clarks?, well you would think so with thier most audacious range to date.
It started one year ago when the company launched its first party shoe, black patent on a little heel, the Michelle Party shoe. This sold out during last year’s back to school period with its free toy lip gloss and was quickly followed up by a small range of patent boots, which of course also sold out. Why? because Lelli kelly spend a load of money advertising their products on children’s TV channels like CBBC and give away a small toy with every pair, thsi could be a make-up kit or a small plastic vial of lip gloss.
Anyhow the boots sold out completely and Lelli Kelly then introdcued their ranges of heeled shoes for Spring 2010, most notably Mille Volti (or 1000 times in English!), it was called that because the shoe came with two extra straps that could be velcroed on instead of the more plainer strap that cam ewith the original shoes. The straps came in a small chiffon bag and every shoe came with a small make-up toy.

Lelli kelly had now found the formula to make a lot of shoes and sell them quickly, something quite unusual in shoe selling circles I can tell you!

In July 2010 Lelli Kelly Shoes released a wide range of school and party shoes all loosely called; ‘Dolly School Shoes’. The strat of the range was School strap Dolly which came once again with interchangeable straps. The shoe comes with a strap attached already by two loops of velcro on either side of the shoe, but the strap can be replaced by two additinal straps wich come in the box in a small chiffon bag. Importantky the shoes come with a small plastic handbag which contains the signature Lelli Kelly Make-Up. So important to little girls once they have seen the advert on the TV.
The shoes are now a great hit and selling out in every retails outlet around the country. More about the individual styles later.
